Point-of-Use Osmosis Systems : Complying With Arsenic Regulations in Small Drinking Water SystemsDuring 2006 many water treatment systems must decrease certain contaminant levels in their water to meet new federal regulations. High tolerance filtration is expensive and smaller systems cannot warrant the cost of such systems. This program explains how small systems can meet these standards affordably using under the counter reverse osmosis filtration.Again this program was built upon our InDesign single source editing system. This saved us time and allowed us the resources to develop new and colorful approaches to multimedia training. We designed the training program to be deployed on CD-ROM and on the Web. The current distribution of POU-RO is at 5,000 CD-ROMs. I did the instructional design for much of the product that was built by other developers, however the pieces above are my own work from start to finish. To see the product in its entirety, click on the following link:
Point-Of-Use Reverse Osmosis Systems
Complying with Arsenic Regulations in Small Drinking Water Systems
